How Healthy is the River Ver?

Saturday 18th May 10.00am – 4.00pm, Riverfly Demonstration. Verulamium Park near St Michael’s Bridge.

This is a drop-in event in Verulamium Park, on the Ver near the St Michaels entrance, as part of the Sustainable St Albans Festival. Our Riverfly monitors will be there to show where the invertebrates hide and explain why they are such a good indicator of our chalk stream’s health. It’s a child friendly event – bring the family and the wellies, so everyone can have a go!

The event will go ahead unless the weather is terrible!
